Shipping policy

Processing is 7- 10 business days. Please email us at ohemaainprint@gmail.com if you would like to specify on the date you would like to receive the item. On sale periods processing may take more than 7-10 business days, but we will always communicate any delays to you. 

After your order has been processed and is ready for shipment you will receive a tracking number! Depending on your location shipping/delivery can take up to 7-10 business days,  

CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTY

 Duties charged for processing by your country are not included in prices. Duties and taxes will be payable upon arrival in your country. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. We are not responsible for any Taxes or Duty incurred by your country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Return postage costs are not refundable. OHEMAA IN PRINTS does not refund prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout should you wish to return the item for a refund or exchange. Please contact your local custom office to obtain your tax refund.
